The mid-term election is a mere 8 days away. People are already early voting. Beware! There is a nut sitting in the White House who will do whatever he wants to adjust the election to his favor. He believes he is omnipotent. A President who is King.

I am not overreacting. Forget not January 6. Did any of us believe what Trump did and what occurred would happen. No way! Here we have every reason to believe anything can happen!!

Some say the Courts will protect us. My faith in the Supreme Court has long waned. Their relief too far off and not dependable.

The Federal District Courts is where protection may lie. Those that are not Trump loyalists have all kinds of power. You have repeatedly read my belief that the lowest sitting federal judges are the most powerful persons in the U.S. legally. They are! However they must move swiftly and punish immediately parties and attorneys who abuse the legal system. Swiftness will be required, not the usual legal delays involved.

We have been hearing in recent weeks the Generals will not permit whatever devious improper actions Trump may attempt. Many express faith that soldiers will not follow bad Presidential or Department of Defense orders. Such relies on a concept not previously experienced in this country. The army stepping in to protect the people.

We are in trouble! We are on the edge of a cliff and could be ready to fall off.

I will not say fear not. I fear. I am concerned. Most of you are also. The past few months have seen an America we are not accustomed to. We have to halt it. A blue wave will help. That assumes Trump would follow election results. I doubt he will follow anything except that which he wishes to do in the next 8 days or thereafter. None of which is good for the American people.
