The other night I had dinner with Blake and Suzi.

Blake and Suzi are from St. Clair, Michigan. They have been coming to Key West off and on over the years. Blake is a doctor, ob/gyn. Suzi a former nurse who nows sells real estate.

Blake tripped on to the blog a couple of weeks ago while researching Key West. He has written to me several times since. He asked if I would join them for dinner while they were here. Of course!

We had a great time! Good conversation! From their six kids to my four, politics and everything else in between. I look forward to their return visit next year.

We are into the holiday weekend. All of a sudden the town is filled up. Many families. It is that time of the year.

The weather is perfect. Could not be better. Warm by day and comfortable in the evening.

Lisa called. I am to go over for lunch. We are coloring Easter eggs. Love it! Messy, but fun! I have to stop on the way over and buy Easter baskets for Robert and Ally. I would like to buy them a rabbit. However, Lisa would kill me!

It is that time of the year and that kind of a day where I have to sit back and say, “God is in His Heaven, all’s right with the world!”
