Good morning! Good morning! Good mornnig!

I feel good this morning!

Big evening last night! Bocce!

We won all three games. Wowie! They were important. We would have been happy with two victories. The three wins should solidify our third place position in the rankings. Only two weeks in the season left. If we end the season in the top four, we will make the playoffs. It would be a first time event for our team.

We also had a side bet with the other team last night. We made some money.

For whatever reason, Don had a cookout grill brought to the bocce court. Brockwurst! I tre two. Good!

Then to Don’s Place to celebrate the victory. Even if we had lost, it would have been to Don’s Place.

On the way home, I did a bad thing. Stopped at Bare Assets. A strip club/gentlemen’s club. It has been at least a year since I was there.

Many women, few men. The women in various states of undress. I watched three ladies pole dance while enjoying a drink. Young and beautiful. Then home.

Earlier in the day, I prepared for this morning’s internet show. The Key West Lou Legal Hour. 10 am. http://www.konkbroadcasting.com/. Worked with and without Jenna. I am ready for the show! Join me!

Have to hustle now to prepare Louis for the show. This is a must shave morning. Probably the only day in the week that I do shave. I am required to pretty up for the camera.

Enjoy your day!

  1. Congratulations on your bocce games……glad to hear it! Hahaha, so you win a little side bet and it's off to Bare Assets! You've made my morning….usually on Friday your blog is late in the afternoon! Thanks…Have a great day!

  2. Hey Lou!

I watched your Lou's Legal Hour show for the first time this morning. Very interesting! The diversity of your topics is great and the down-to-earth way you discuss the topics — no legalese, million-dollar words — outstanding! You seem to really be a stand-up kind of guy and I admire any attorney, retired or practicing, that can have an honest-to-goodness, straight-up discussion that cuts to the chase in plain English. Here! Here! Here's to you Lou and I hope you continue your radio show for many years to come.

    Have a great weekend!

  3. My wife & I have a place in Key West, live there about 5 months a year and are regular readers of your blog. Today I listened to your radio show- until you did the segment on social security. You need to get FACTS before speaking on a subject(I thought all good attorneys did) SS sends everyone a earning record- currently earning up to 106,800 are taxed at 12.4%- half paid by individual- half by employer. So max $13,243.20 while you stated you had paid $35,000 per year to SS- cannot be true!!

  4. The interesting thing about SS is that even IF we all had been taxed on it to the tune of a max of $35,000 a year (which we were not…thus far), I assume the system would still be broke. The politicos would simply have had more money to raid and spend.
